Community Outreach
Tender Hearts Community Outreach helps struggling families in the area by providing each family member with 2 shirts/blouses, 2 pair of pants/skirts, a pair of shoes, a coat/sweater (seasonal) and a bag of food (if available). We are currently assisting more than 730 people in the York County area. If you are in need of assistance, please call the office at: 803-684-3132.
